Our Barling Beauty sausages are renowned and served in many local pubs including the Plough and Sail in Paglesham and the Cherry Tree in Stambridge.

We also make a wide range of low-fat Sausages (Wors) using only top quality ingredients and natural skins. We only use the finest meats and stock a wide range of unusual meat, poultry, game (including wild boar and venison) and deli. When it comes to Barbeque's (Brai's) we have a mouth watering selection of marinated meats, succulent steaks and Marinated Meat (Sosaties) to die for, and of course... our Boerewors.
